In our fourth installment of Modern Athlete Live – Learn How to Run Well, brought to you by Traumeel®S, we speak to Candyce Hall a practicing biokineticist and coach, based in Hout Bay, Cape Town. She initially studied at Rhodes and earned a BA degree with Human Kinetics, Ergonomics, Psychology and Economics, then went on to add a BSc Honours degree in Exercise Science and Biokinetics from UCT. A very capable runner herself, she has numerous race wins to her name, including the Maritzburg Marathon, Winelands Marathon, and many others and has earned 16 Comrades and 14 Two Oceans medals. She brings a vast amount of running experience to her work as a bio and coach, including at the front end of the field. We speak to Candyce about how to correctly peak for your race season.
