The 2023 Backyard Ultra heads to Van Gaalen Cheese Farm and where it all started in 2021. 

Van Gaalen  hosted the first BYU in SA and was the place where the initial SA Lap Record of 31 Laps was set.  What a fitting place to head back and see what the runners can do this year.
