In living to its tag line, "A Run for the Whole Family", this year sees the race introduce a timed 5km race with prize money incentives. We hope that this will further encourage the participation of the entire family as well as schools in the area. The race will also be offering a 1.6km Kitten Miler and Nappy Dash for the little ones, which can be entered on the day. Goodie Bags to all online entrants. Medals to all finishers
